Biography
2008 - (Senior)As a senior, Tyler was a starting offensive Lineman as well as a rotating lineman on defense. Offensive lineman don't get much love from the statman but the 2008 offensive line produced 2545 rushing yards and 1323 passing yards. None of that would happen without the offensive line. Tyler also had 21 tackles on defense and 1 fumble recovery. For his performance Tyler was voted by his coaches as the Offensive Lineman of the Year as well as All State and All Agape League.
2007 - (Junior) - As a junior, Tyler was a starting offense lineman on the JV squad and a defensive lineman. Tyler would be used as a rotating Offensive lineman on the varsity team when he was eligible to play. Offensive linemen don't get a lot a stats that people can see other than the total success of the offense itself. This year the varsity offense had 4,227 total yds which owes its success to the offensive line. Tyler had 3 tackles on varsity defense. Because of his play on the JV squad he received the JV Lineman of the Year award.
2006 - (Sophomore) - As a sophomore, Tyler was a starting OL on the JV team. Offensive lineman don't get a lot a stats that people can see other than the total success of the offense itself. This year the JV offense scored 43.2 pts per game and finished with a 5-2 record.
2005 - (Freshman) - As a freshman, Tyler was a rotating OL on the JV team and a DT on defense. Freshmen don't get a lot of playing times on the line but he was able to get playing time on defense where he made 2 tackles.
