Biography
2008 - (Senior) As a Senior, Vince was a great team leader and one of the most consistant players on the team. Vince played offensive lineman and Defensive noseguard. It was hard to rush up the middle against #84, just ask the Lighthouse RB who got stuffed on the 2-pt conversion try that gave the Lightning the victory in the first round of the playoffs. Vince was known for making the right play at the right time. Vince lead the team in sacks with 14 on the year and two blocked kicks. For his performance on the field Vince was voted by his coaches as the 2008 Defensive Lineman of the Year, All State and All Agape League.
2007 - (Junior) As a junior Vince was the starting right guard on offense and defensive noseguard on defense. Vince had 29 tackles and 4.5 sacks on defense as well as 2 block kicks. Vince will be forever remembered for his game saving tackle in the backfield during the CIF Championship game with only seconds to go in the game. Because of his play Vince was voted All Agape League.
2006 - (Sophomore) - As a sophomore, Vince was a back up noseguard on varsity and a starter on the JV team that went 7-0. Vince played 5 games on varsity and had 1 tackle and 1 sack. Because of his play on JV defense Vince was voted the 2006 JV Defensive Player of the Year.
2005 - (Freshman) - As a freshman, Vince was the starting noseguard on defense and had 24 tackles and 3 sacks. Vince was also a starting lineman on offense.
