Biography
2009 - (Junior) - As a junior, Jake was starting Offensive Lineman and Tight end. He also was a defensive lineman as well and finished the year with 18 tackles, 6 sacks and 3 caused fumbles. Jake also was one of out kickers for kickoffs. Jake had 13 kickoffs on the year and average 42 yds per kick. Jake so improved this year that he was award "The Most Improved Player 2009" by the coaches.
2008 -(Sophomore) This was Jake's first year to play football (he also plays soccer and Golf) and he did very well. Jake quickly learned the techniques of being a good lineman and helped the team have a 6-2 season with great wins over Faith Baptist and Upland Christian. Jake did so well that he was moved up to varsity for the post season. Jake should be a dominant player as a junior next year.
Bio - Jake is the son of Fem Ontiveros and the step-son of Cindy Ontiveros. He has been attending Joshua Springs since kindergarten. Jake has played three sports throughout high school. Jake played a soccer and golf as well.
