Lightning Vs. Lucerne Valley

On January 5 th the Varsity Boys Basketball team went up against the Lucerne Valley Mustangs. Lucerne Valley, so far in pre-season, is 1-8, while Lightning is 2-5. Lightning came out fighting and ended the first quarter 20-9, and sustained the lead for the whole game. Levi Garrido led the team with 24 points (his career high), and Zack Ontiveros earning 12. They emerged victorious 63-49.

Lightning’s next game is home on Thursday, January 8 th @ 6. The Lightning is going up against University Preparatory School, from Victorville. Come out and support your Varsity boys!
