Lightning Defeated by Cougars!

Joshua Springs Jr. High football wrapped up its season with a 58-30 loss on Thursday to the 9-1 Riverside Cougars.
The Lightning finished their season 6-4, good for third place in the Jr. High league.
Down 24-0 after the first quarter, the Lightning kept pace the rest of the way but it was not good enough, and the Cougars were able to win their game in front of their home crowd.
Scoring touchdowns for the Lightning were Jeff Bachman, Tyler Pascale, and Isaiah Bates.
