On September 22 the Varsity Lady Lightning beat Lucerne Valley in 4 games. Game one was tough, and they lost 20-25, but only by a few points and a few mistakes. Games 2 & 3 were packed full of hardcore volleyball while the girls stepped up their game and won 25-20 and 25-18. Game 4 was close and nerve-racking, but they emerged victorious 25-23. Though there were many serve errors, the Lady Lightning proved themselves and showed their talent.
